FAQ

How does a KETHEA programme operate?

KETHEA programmes are psycho-social, do not involve the administering of substitute or other substances (they are drug-free), are joined on a voluntary basis, and are aimed at the total eradication of illegal substances and anything else linking an individual to the addict’s way of life. Which means that only those who have made a conscious decision to remove drugs from their life can be enrolled on a programme.
The client agrees to a body of rules relating to their ceasing to abuse substances, respecting the centre and the other members of the programme, and actively participating in the daily programme. The programme includes individual and group therapy sessions, psychological support, health care, education/training, family therapy, legal support and help reintegrating into society and the workplace.
